We want you to love your NDTees order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Returns — No Questions Asked
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — even if you simply changed your mind.
Important: Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent to us without prior approval and instructions may not be accepted.
To start a return request, email support@ndtees.com with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
If a physical return is needed, we’ll provide the correct return instructions at that time.
Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Stolen Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if:
- Your item arrived damaged or misprinted
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is missing or never arrived
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it (possible porch piracy)
How we handle it:
- Damaged or incorrect items: We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you. In most cases, we won’t require you to return the item.
- Missing in transit: We’ll help investigate and make it right.
- Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we can replace or refund one time as a courtesy.
To help us resolve issues quickly, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A photo (for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items)
Delivery tip: For high-traffic areas, we recommend shipping to a secure location (workplace if allowed, trusted friend/family member, package locker, or carrier hold-for-pickup when available).
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The simplest option is to request a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
